Azzona would like a Pink gift card to purchase a new sweat suit. One of her "health and wellness" goals as part of the Mobility Mentoring program is to exercise weekly. Azzona finds exercising helpful in staying focused and positive.
Azonna is 28 years old and lives in NJ
Azonna is currently a part of our mobility mentoring program, which is helping pregnant and homeless young mothers, as well as at risk aged-out foster youth achieve economic self-sufficiency. The long-term goal is for every aged out foster youth to become self-sufficient, with their own residence, a job with a sustainable wage, ability to budget and a savings account, and general stability in their lives.
