Jacki's daughter, Estrella, is a fun, active 1 year old who is growing and taking on the world! She has grown so much over the past 6 months, she's almost in toddler clothes! Jacki is asking for a Walmart gift card to purchase Estrella new clothing to keep up with her constant on the go personality!
Jacki is 29 years old and lives in NJ
Jacki is currently a part of our mobility mentoring program, which is helping pregnant and homeless young mothers, as well as at risk aged-out foster youth achieve economic self-sufficiency. The long-term goal is for every aged out foster youth to become self-sufficient, with their own residence, a job with a sustainable wage, ability to budget and a savings account, and general stability in their lives.
