Grace was born with cerebral palsy and has limitations in her mobility, and is not walking at this time. The stroller will enable the parents to ambulate her with ease and comfort.
Grace is 8 years old and lives in TN
In the spring of 2016 , Grace was born. She was sheltered into foster care immediately upon birth due to exposure to parental substance abuse.
