Philip is learning new coping skills and physical outlets help with with stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms. His counselor is encouraging him to go to the park near his home in order to socialize with others his age. The long board would be perfect for the long road to the park.
Philip is 20 years old and lives in FL
Philip is a freshman in high school. He loves the outdoors, drawing and photography. He rides his scooter and plays soccer too. Philip is dealing with many mental health issues and at this time. he has been working well with his counselor .
