A hoverboard for Veronica who loves to draw!

Veronica is wishing for a hoverboard. Another sister in her home has been asking for one for months and her foster parents have been saving up. When Veronica’s foster parents asked her the question they ask all children in their home: “What is something you want, something you need, something to wear, and something to read?” she surprised them by putting a “hoverboard” on her “want” list. Veronica has not actually said to her foster mother that she wants this item, and her foster mother thinks this might be because she has never been able to ask for an item like this due to the cost and is still unsure if it was okay to write it down on her list. There are a couple of girls her age in the neighborhood who have hover boards and it would be a way for her to interact with them as well as a time of bonding for her and her siblings in the home that have or are getting outdoor activity items.
Veronica is 21 years old and lives in AR
Veronica is a sweet young lady who is now in foster care for a third time. She has been in her current foster home since September of this year but has been in care since 2015. She enjoys watching YouTube, playing video games, reading, running, and coloring. She absolutely loves drawing. She excels academically. At this time, Veronica is not sure what she wants to be when she grows up.
