Kiara spends a great deal of time in the hospital and completes home bound educational services. She loves to listen to music as she completes her work and has an old boom box in her bedroom. Kiara is a gamer and often uses foster moms cellphone to play games on. Kiara has requested a tablet of her own for games and music! This would make her day on Christmas morning. :)

Kiara is one of the most special children I have ever had the pleasure to serve as her worker. Kiara is a primary medical needs little girl that has spent the majority of her year at Children's Hospital in Dallas. She has not let this dim her light or kill her smile, despite multiple operations to determine what is causing her illnesses. Kiara has the biggest and brightest smile and really has a love for others. Kiara puts others needs first and is the most selfless 10 year old little girl I have ever seen. Kiara loves all things outdoors, enjoys participating in her dance class, and loves to go swimming.
