Andrew is a great kid who loves his siblings. He has weekly contact with his siblings and he treats them well. Having a tablet of his own would allow Andrew to feel close to his siblings, even though they're not together, as some of them have tablets, too!

Andrew is an amazing child. He loves his siblings. He does not live with any of his siblings, but he loves the weekly contact he has with his siblings. He treats his siblings well. He has experienced too many challenges in his young life. It is unclear as to what will occur with him in relation to permanency.
