A new camera for Cindy who wants to be on the yearbook staff at school

Cindy is an artistic and creative young lady who has always dreamed of having her own camera, taking photography classes and eventually being a part of the ASB/Yearbook staff at her school. Cindy's CASA says she has a wonderful eye and has taken some great pictures just using her cell phone on outings. Cindy says that after she graduates from high school she hopes to also use her photography skills as a wedding photographer to help her fund college. She wants to get a business degree so that she will be more knowledgeable about owning a photography studio in the future.
Cindy is 20 years old and lives in CA
Cindy is a friendly and outgoing 14 year old girl who was removed from her mother's home as a toddler due to neglect. Cindy has been bounced around through relative placements and in/out her grandmother's home but has re-entered foster care each time. She is now in a foster home and is doing well. She is a very creative and artistic young lady. When she and her CASA were on an outing she saw a woman taking scenic pictures with a large camera. She shared with the CASA that she has always dreamed of becoming a photographer and wants to be a part of the ASB/Yearbook staff but doesn't have a camera of her own.
