Samir is the second oldest of 7 children. He 4 of his siblings have remained in foster care for over 2 years. He is not placed with his siblings and has expressed ongoing worry and anxiety about keeping in touch with his siblings and mother and making sure that they are okay. He is requesting an IPOD that he can Facetime, SKYPE, Text, and keep in touch with his siblings and mother to ensure that they are okay.

Samir is 19 years old and lives in NJ

Samir is an optimistic young man. He and his siblings have been in foster care for almost 3 years due to the chronic homelessness of his mother. Samir is the 2nd oldest of 6 siblings and has been separated from his siblings in placement. He has experienced a lot of anxiety and worry about the whereabouts and well-being of his siblings and his mother. Despite his worries and anxiety, he keeps a positive outlook and has tried to remain focused on his grades and sports in school.
