Markeith is separated from his other 6 siblings since being removed from his mother and placed in foster care due to chronic homelessness. Markeith has expressed being worried and anxious about his other siblings since they are not placed together and has limited communication with them and his mother. He is asking for an IPOD to be able to FaceTime, SKYPE, and text message his siblings.
Markeith is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Markeith is a funny, smart, loving young man. He has been separated from his siblings and mother when the children were removed due to chronic homelessness. Markeith and his siblings have been in foster care for more than 2 years and are separated from one another. Despite his experiences, he has remained positive and loving towards others. He does well in school and remains focused on his academics and optimistic that he will eventually be reunified with his family.
