Kelly spent the majority of her pregnancy in a specialty facility for teen moms. Unfortunately, the facility was several hours from her home. Just days before delivery, she was moved to a foster home near her parents and boyfriend. Due to the logistics of time and distance, she was not given a baby shower and lacks many newborn necessities. Kelly wishes for nothing for Christmas except necessities for the baby.

Kelly entered foster care after authorities learned her father was sharing drugs with her and she was, at the tender age of 15, pregnant. She recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Mother and baby are doing well, but it is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication to make sure Kelly has the tools and knowledge to see to both of their needs. She wants, more than anything, to keep her daughter from having the same sort of tumultuous upbringing that she had.
