Kanira has recently moved to a new foster home and is having a difficult time getting in touch with her mentor or life skills coordinator since her communication is limited. She does not have a cell phone due to her age and her foster homes have not been willing to provide her with one. Kanira would like to get a tablet with WIFI so she can communicate with no only the adults in her life but also her friends.
