Mulan's father just aged out the system . Her father works and goes to school. Mulan's father has many financial responsibilities and would love to provide a special christmas toy this year for his daughter.
Mulan is 6 years old and lives in NJ
Mulan is a joyful and alert baby. She is the daughter of a foster child, who struggles to make ends meet.
