Jordynn is so excited to finally be moving into her own apartment. Since being in foster care she has accumulated quite a few things. Unfortunately, she does not have any containers to pack all of her stuff in. She is requesting plastic storage containers to help her transport her things to her new apartment.
Jordynn is 26 years old and lives in TX
Jordynn recently decided to enter extended foster care and has been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid (APL) syndrome. A diagnosis in which her blood to clots everywhere in her body. Her legs and feet are often so swollen she can hardly get socks or slippers on let alone walk around. She is frequently in the hospital battling sepsis as well as other issues caused by APL. Jordynn refuses to let her diagnosis define her and is constantly trying to look at the brighter things in life.
