Julia has had a very rough life and is working very hard to make improvements and change the direction of her life. She is a Luke Bryan SUPERFAN, and would love to see him in concert.
Julia is 20 years old and lives in IN
Julia has made great strides since being removed from her home. She bounced between multiple placements in a short time, but she now settled into a stable foster home. She now attends church and participates in a youth Bible study group. She is hoping to get her driver's permit soon and is already preparing her application to work at Holiday World Amusement Park in the summer.
