Afia recently aged out of the foster care and is in school full-time majoring in Cardiovascular Sonography. Afia is a dedicated student and is in need of assistance purchasing groceries to help her purchase food for her busy schedule.
Afia is 27 years old and lives in NJ
Afia is currently residing in one of our independent living apartments located in Montclair, NJ due to previous barriers to stable housing and family conflict. Ms. Afia entered the Strive program in 2015. Afia has been engaging actively in services to better help her reach her educational and vocational goals. Afia is currently a full-time student and is looking to obtain employment in a local hospital to gain further experience.
