Victor has never been to any amusement park. One of the shows that he loves watching at the moment is Mickey's Play House. Whenever he is in the car with the social worker, she puts on Disney Songs and he sings, he sings so loud and with so much passion and emotion. He would love the opportunity to spend quality time with his foster family at the most magical place on earth.

Victor is one of the brightest children there is, he has a brilliant creative imagination and loves to work on puzzles. Victor loves to spend as much time possible playing outside with his older brother. Victor eats very well and is growing into a fine young boy. Victor loves to try to make everyone he meets laugh.
