A special Limo ride to Prom for Josh who wants to make the night special for him and his date

Josh is a senior in High School, and is attending Prom May 11th, 2018 and would like to not have to be transported in a state car, which can be easily identified. We would like him to enjoy his prom and not have it stigmatized by his stay with the Division. Also, the Division would not be able to transport his date with him in a state car, as she is not under our custody. We would like for this event to be as normal and memorable as possible.
Joshua is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Joshua is an amazing young man who is graduating from high school this year. He has been under the guardianship of the Division for the past six years. He has overcome severe family trauma and has most recently been accepted into college. He continues to maintain a great grade point average and would like to attend prom.
