Barry is in the 11th grade & is continuing his high school education while attempting to secure part-time employment in order to save for his own apartment after graduation. While not yet employed, Barry currently lives on a very tight budget & has experienced difficulty with locating a job due to not having a phone number to list as a contact on applications. Although Barry does own a working cell phone that he uses when connected to wifi networks, he is unable to purchase a phone plan until he secures his own income but requires some assistance with beginning a talk/text plan in order to be successful at obtaining a job.
