Pool Therapy for Jozlan who is overcoming the odds

Jozlan requires therapy for her arm and her doctor has suggested swimming to gain strength. There is a local pool that would be perfect for her to get the therapy she needs as well as enjoy some free swim also. This wish was split into two separate wishes to cover the full cost. This is wish 2 of 2.
Jozlan is 11 years old and lives in MO
Joz is a very resilient child. Jozlans mother passed away unexpectedly shortly after reunification a few years ago. After this, Jozlan was able to go back to the last foster home she had been staying, which helped ease the transition back into care. However, shortly thereafter, the foster mother, her 2 children and Jozlan were in a car accident, where her foster mother, unfortunately, passed away from her injuries. Jozlan was moved to another foster home after being released from the hospital. Jozlan requires extensive therapy and the doctors have requested if at all possible for Jozlan to start swimming.
