A wheelchair for Shermony who has an upcoming surgery

Shermony is an active, energetic, and playful boy who is looking forward to summer! Due to his medical condition Shermony has to wear braces on his legs and will be having surgery to help correct this in August. Shermony will have to be in a wheelchair for several weeks following his surgery and will need a pediatric sized wheelchair.
Shermony is 11 years old and lives in OH
Shermony is a very special little boy who is 4 y/o. Shermony lives with his loving foster parents and their four biological children, a foster brother, as well as his three siblings. Shermony has been in foster care for several weeks. He has had difficulty adjusting but is improving. He has been exposed to neglect and abuse.
