Cecilia is a young woman that recently graduated from high school. Cecilia has wanted to study marine biology since she used to scuba dive with her father as a child. Prior to attending high school, Cecilia did research to find the best college to suit her interests and plans for her career and found a great College in Florida that she has dreamed of attending! Cecilia has been in contact with admissions of this college since she was a freshman in high school ensuring that she was doing everything necessary to be accepted to their college once the time came. Cecilia was, in fact, accepted and was able to raise money on her own through applying for scholarships and applying on her own for federal student loans. Cecilia even went through the process of registering her dog as a certified therapy dog so she can bring him with her to school.
