A new bike for Dawn who has never had a bike of her own

Dawn has never had a bike of her own, and for her birthday this year the only thing she has requested is a new bike. She would love to be able to learn how to ride. Dawn can not wait to be confident enough with her riding capabilities to ride around the neighborhood with all of her friends!
Dawn is 14 years old and lives in MI
Dawn is the oldest of 4 siblings, she is a sweet girl who has been filling the role of parent to her younger siblings for some time. She enjoys being outdoors and camping with her foster family. She loves crafts. She is beginning to blossom on her own.
