Layla just moved to a new neighborhood where all of the neighborhood kids love to ride their bikes together. Layla is to young to ride a bike with the big kids but would love to have a Barbie Power Wheel to ride around her neighborhood in. One of the older kids' younger brothers has a Jeep Power Wheel that he takes Layla for rides in and she loves it! Layla would love to have a Power Wheel of her own to be able to go on amazing adventures in!

Layla is an outgoing little girl who is always smiling. She loves playing with her big sisters and friends. Layla loves dolls and her Barbies.
