A new laptop for Esteban who is on track to graduate high school

Esteban is a high school senior and is on track to graduate in January 2019. He resides on his own in an independent living program, and has no family supports. Esteban would benefit from having a new computer to help with his studies. He plans on attending community college to study graphic design after graduation. He is also doing an apprenticeship and saving up money to become a licensed tattoo artist.
Esteban is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Esteban has had a challenging past year and due to his immigration status, he spend several months detained. He has now since been released and wants to pursue the HVAC program through the Bergen Technical Adult Education program in the fall of 2020. Esteban has been in the care of Division since 12/27/17 and is currently living in a supervised living program in Newark, NJ. Esteban is interested in starting in a career in HVAC in order to build himself a stable future with hopes of someday owning a business and working for himself. Esteban has shown himself to be a very resourceful and intelligent young man who has had to overcome many obstacles starting at an early age.
