A new bike for Jose who is excelling in his new foster home

Jose loves to ride his bike around the neighborhood with his friends, and taking it with him when he goes camping with his foster family. However, Jose has grown a lot this summer and has outgrown his current bike. Jose would love to have a bike that is appropriate for his size so he can continue riding around all the time!
Jose is 16 years old and lives in RI
Jose is a friendly and happy child who loves school. Jose also attends an after school program which he enjoys as he has meet a bunch of new friends. When he is not in school, Jose loves to play with LEGO's and Matchbox cars. He says that building things help calm him down when he feels overwhelmed. When he grows up, Jose wants to be a firefighter.
