Wanda attends the Boys and Girls Club that is housed in a building with a full sized skating rink. It is great that the children can skate, use RipSticks and scooters, however, there is not enough for everyone. Wanda loves the RipStick and would like one of her own so she can ride on it as much as she wants; it makes her laugh and is a fun way to stay active. Plus, the exercise is very important and a benefit to her overall health.
Wanda is 13 years old and lives in WA
Wanda is in 4th grade and likes school. She stays busy watching movies, playing video games, (Crash Banjo is her favorite).She loves to sing and dance to her favorite songs with a huge smile! She is in foster care and hopes to be able to move to her families home in South Dakota in the spring.
