Noelia has asked for a laptop because she is unable to afford one and her mother is not able to help her purchase one either. Noelia will be re enrolled in the GED program by September 2018 and she would utilize the laptop to go over practices to pass her exams to pass the GED.

Noelia enjoys talking on the phone, hanging out with her friends and music. She is smart, motivated and hard working.
