This wish is being requested because there are no other available resources to afford such a YMCA Membership on Abby’s behalf. This cost would cover YMCA Membership for Abby for more than one calendar year, for which time Abby is certain to attend this particular YMCA Branch and enjoy the full benefits of playing sports, swimming, Summer Camp, and any other additional special activities the YMCA may offer to which the funds may be applied.
If Abby hears her wish has been granted, I know her first reaction will be jumping (literally) for joy! Life has presented Abby with a tough road, and in response Abby smiles and dances through life. She loves anything that sparkles, the colors pink and purple, and drawing. Abby wants to be a famous dancer/performer when she grows up.
Abby is 11 years old and lives in NC
Abby is a bubbly, outgoing girl with a sparkling personality and a bright smile. Abby may very well be the next Shakira or Beyonce! Abby can dance and move around like she was born with it in her soul.
