This wish is being requested because there are no other available resources to afford such a YMCA Membership on Amanda’s behalf. This cost would cover YMCA Membership for Amanda for more than one calendar year, for which time Amanda is certain to attend this particular YMCA Branch and enjoy the full benefits of playing sports, swimming, Summer Camp, and any other additional special activities the YMCA may offer to which the funds may be applied.

Amanda is a vibrant, outgoing girl. She is athletic and fearless about trying new things. Amanda especially loves swimming and playing basketball. She is creative and loves to draw funny cartoons and other figures. She has been through a LOT for her age. Despite all that she has been through at such a young age, Amanda has her own way of looking at the world as a good and exciting place. Amanda shines a positive light wherever she goes. Amanda is not shy and she loves to sing. She wants to be a singer or an actor when she grows up. Amanda has a twin sister.
