New Shoes for Nohemi to celebrate her birthday

Nohemi's birthday is coming up and she is so excited to celebrate with her friends. She would love to be able to get an awesome new pair of shoes to help her feel her best on her birthday. Nohemi can not wait to go shopping to pick out her fabulous new shoes!
Nohemi is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Nohemi is very independent and focuses immensely on her studies. She has been in foster care for over 4 years. When Nohemi gets older, she wants to be an Early Childhood Education teacher. Last year, Nohemi will be participated in a Youth Panel at her Counties Aging Out Conference and was been recognized as a successful youth that has not let her circumstances define her. Nohemi is currently dorming at college and is adjusting to the new college life.
