A Laptop for Derrick who has been doing school work on his phone

Derrick needs a laptop to do his schoolwork. He has limited access to the library at school and there is no transportation to get to a local library on the weekends. Derrick has been doing his work on his phone, which has led him to be late with some assignments, and overall is causing errors in his assignments since it's so hard to read the screen! Derrick loves school and has found school and classes to be an area where he can devote his energy and talents too. He dreams of going to college and studying math to eventually become a professor.
Derrick is 22 years old and lives in PA
Derrick is a super responsible young man who does really well in school. He especially loves his Biology class. He has been in care for over six years after being removed from his family due to neglect. Now he has found placement with his paternal grandmother and is finally beginning to settle in and feel comfortable in his surroundings. His grandmother has been doing the best she can to care for him during the last month.
