Noelia has expressed to the Division how grateful she would be if she were given the opportunity to attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City during the upcoming holidays. Most of her peers are able to experience traditional holiday activities with their families; however, due to her unfortunate experiences, this is not possible.

Noelia enjoys talking on the phone, hanging out with her friends and music. She is smart, motivated and hard working.
