Shamal is a sweet, affectionate and thoughtful young man. He loves to read, build things and work with his hands. Shamal is committed to getting his high school diploma and hopes to continue on to a technical training program for a trade such as welding. Shamal will soon move from his current foster home into an independent living program and is working hard to gain the skills he needs to be on his own such as learning to manage a budget, cook, do laundry and ride the bus.
