Afia is currently in school and working towards graduating in the medical field to help others. She would a trip to Home Goods to be able to get items for her apartment to make it feel like a home. Afia loves to decorate and can not wait to see what she is able to pull together!
Afia is 27 years old and lives in NJ
Afia is currently residing in one of our independent living apartments located in Montclair, NJ due to previous barriers to stable housing and family conflict. Ms. Afia entered the Strive program in 2015. Afia has been engaging actively in services to better help her reach her educational and vocational goals. Afia is currently a full-time student and is looking to obtain employment in a local hospital to gain further experience.
