Carmen is a beautiful little girl who loves to play with her dolls. She loves the outdoors and would love to have a doll who does too. Carmen loves to take her dolls on adventures and can not wait to take her newest one with them!
Carmen is 12 years old and lives in GA
Carmen and her 6 siblings came into foster care due to substance abuse and neglect. Carmen and 3 of her siblings are living in the same foster home.
