Nicole found her forever family and was adopted this fall. She is over the moon! Let's celebrate her by giving her this special adoption ornament so she can always know how special she is.
Nicole is 13 years old and lives in FL
Nicole recently moved again after many moves. She knows she won't ever be going back to her birth parents and hopes that this placement will last forever. She has some medical issues due to neglect as a young child and she is working hard to learn to feel safe and comfortable in her new house.
