A Laptop for Edward to help with homework

Edward has had a difficult time transitioning into foster care. He used to have a computer in which he was able to use whenever he wanted. Edward was able to complete his homework and complete all of his research. Unfortunately he was not able to take his computer with him when he moved. Edward would love to have his own laptop again to be able to complete all of his work and continue researching which college he would like to attend!
Edward is 19 years old and lives in PA
Eddie is a respectful, friendly young boy. He enjoys spending time with his friends and loves playing basketball.
