This is Madison’s first time in foster care and she has been placed very far away from her family. She is living in a group home and has her own room with her baby but has very few personal belongings. She really doesn’t have much other than her clothes and the baby’s stuff. Having her own soft rug would help her feel more comfortable and happy and make her room feel more like her own.
Madison is 23 years old and lives in GA
Madison is a bright, strong, respectful young lady, who is making progress in her group home. She came into foster care due to her mother’s substance abuse and had left school in 9th grade to stay home and care for her siblings. Madison misses her family a lot but is taking this time in foster care to really focus on herself and her baby.
