Carter and his teen Mom are in a new placement. He has outgrown most of his clothes and needs warm winter clothing. Carter is an active toddler who needs clothes, more than toys. He would love to go with his mom to pick everything out!
Carter is 6 years old and lives in GA
Carter has been nicknamed the Governor. His 3 month old disposition was so grand and regale, as he sat, in his infant seat. He always seems to happy and content. He now crawls, eats solid food and especially enjoys mashed potatoes with gravy. Developmentally, Carter is making his benchmarks both physically and cognitively. He brings joy to his teen Mom with his beaming smile and warm cuddles.
