Poise has just transitioned into the Independent Living Program and is feeling more at home than ever before. She is the mother of two daughters, newborn Taylor and 2 year old Journey. A few household items will help to make her place a home!
Poise is 25 years old and lives in GA
Despite her many struggles while in care, she’s found herself now in the greatest placement she's experienced and is truly happy. Her and her daughter are beyond thankful and she is focused on accomplishing her goals personally and as a parent. Despite any hardships Poise faces, she never buckles, she is a true fighter. Which is one of the many amazing characteristics she holds.
