Rubin is in serious need of winter clothing. Rubin is currently taking classes at a local community college and also works part time. Rubin uses the bus for most of his transportation and has complained of being cold.
Rubin is 24 years old and lives in CO
Rubin is a sweet young man who is currently in the foster care system. Rubin is an orphan and came to the USA as an unaccompanied refugee and from the Central African Republic. Rubin has experienced a lot of trauma in his young life and but has never lost hope in having a better life for himself. Rubin has recently enrolled in a community college and is taking ESL classes to improve his English skills to help him succeed.
