Rhylie's family are extremely poor and would love for her to have something to open at Christmas. Rhylie wished for a toy puppy so she can take her for walks and give her lots of love.

Rhylie is closely bonded to her family and siblings. She is curious about new things and loves watching television and playing with her hands. Rhylie is learning to use one word commands and to speak more clearly.
