Fred is growing into a mature teenager after struggling with a lot of challenges in his life. When Fred was younger his mother passed away, which resulted in his first placement in foster care because his father was not emotionally stable after her death. After returning home, dad continued to struggle with his health and ended up being too medically fragile to care for Fred and his brother, which is how they are in our program. Fred loves to play basketball and loves spending time with his older brother. Now that dad is feeling better, he hopes to be reunified soon.
