Efrain is need of winter clothing. Efrain has been in foster care for a long time and does not have contact with any family members. Efrain has also grown out of many of his clothes. Efrain would like to gain a sense of independence by purchasing clothes that fit his style. Efrain deserves this boost of self-confidence after the tough year he has had. Please grant this wish to make Efrain's Holiday warm and bright!
Efrain is 20 years old and lives in CO
Efrain is a caring boy and is currently in foster care. Efrain is very intelligent boy who is always trying to teach others. Efrain does not have many family members that he has support from and would love to have a special holiday.
