London is about ready to transition to a booster seat and the family is in need of providing this for her. Unfortunately this is not something the state London lives in provides to the foster families. London loves going places with her foster family and we would love to allow that to continue.
London is 9 years old and lives in OH
London is a fun, loving, and energetic little girl who just recently entered foster care with her younger brother. London was exposed to abuse and hazardous conditions previously before being taken into care.
