A tablet to help Dylan communicate

Dylan's tablet was recently destroyed but another resident in his specialized group home. Through his tablet he had been learning to communicate more than he was ever able to before. He was also learning how to use it to fulfill some of his own sensory needs by playing games and videos away from everyone else. Dylan desperately misses the freedom and expression this device allowed.
Dylan is 16 years old and lives in PA
Dylan is friendly and outgoing. He likes to learn how things were made and put together. He also prefers to play with blocks and be outside.
