Billy will be moving to a new facility soon where he will have his own room for the first time in his life. He would love to go shopping for some things to spruce up his space such as posters, picture frames, bedding, or a rug. He isn't quite sure what he wants yet, so a gift card would be perfect!

Billy has been a foster child for nearly 8 years now. He enjoys trading Pokemon cards, and has two older siblings who have both aged out of the foster care system. He hopes to one day own his own candy store, or work in construction (whichever works out lol).
