To celebrate how far Felicia has come and her accomplishment of graduating she is planning a graduation party and has been a bit worried of how to afford all that is needed to have a party. Some party supplies would be so helpful for her to have a nice party and celebrate this exciting time in her life! Wish # 1 of 2
Felicia is 23 years old and lives in OH
Felicia has been in foster care for quite a few years, as her father and mother have not been able to provide for her needs. She has been doing very well in her current foster home and has many exciting goals for her future! She works 15-20 hours a week and attends school full time. She likes to journal and read, and enjoys spending time by herself but has a few close friends. Felicia is very smart and self-motivated, and loves pizza.
