A Learners Permit for Malik who can not wait to learn how to drive

Malik would like to obtain his drivers license. He passed his test but the permit expired. He would like to be able to move forward with starting drivers training. Having his drivers license is important to him because he would like to be able to drive himself. He is currently looking for a job and it would benefit him to be able to drive since public transportation is limited. He will also be turning 18 next year and would like to be less dependent on his foster parents.
Malik is 22 years old and lives in CA
Malik is a fabulous young man who wants to graduate from high school and go to college. He continues to show improvements and achieving his goals despite being in the foster care system.
